ABOUT ME

 

 

I'm a stage manager to the world of the entertainment arts.

 

 

Hailing from Georgia, Shawanna has been stage managing since she was an undergraduate. As a stage manager she has  plays, concerts, musicals, ballets, special events, and new works under her belt.

 

She graduated from Valdosta State University in Valdosta, Georgia, with a BFA in Theatre Production (2012) and was originally a double major in both music and technical theatre.  Since completing her MFA from Savannah College of Art and Design in Performing Arts (2016), she is now a stage managing throughout Georgia.

 

When she's not in rehearsal or calling a show, Shawanna is watching other live events, tv, listening to music, reading, or catching up on some much needed sleep.
